Returns/Warranty Policy

Your iPosture product purchase comes with a thirty (30) day money back satisfaction guarantee that starts upon delivery of this shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or your order is incomplete, incorrect, and/or damaged, please contact our Customer Satisfaction Department at 800-710-1076 Monday-Friday, 8AM-8PM EST, or email us at . Please have your order number available.
You MUST either call the Customer Satisfaction Department or use our RMA Online Request Form and ask for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within the 30 day period to receive a refund. Credit may be denied if there is no RMA.

Your RMA number must be included with all materials returned.

Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals, accessories, RMA, and a copy of your invoice. Product must be complete and in re-sellable condition. iPosture.com cannot and will not accept items that are shown to have been abused, altered, or broken, whether accidental or intentional, even if within the 30 day warranty period.

iPosture warrants this product in defects in material and workmanship ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear arenot covered by this warranty. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is no transferable. In addition, proof of purchase must be demonstrated. Warranty is void if product has been subject to accident, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance or repair, or unauthorized modification.

Please return all sealed items and all opened items, including empty bottles in their original containers for which you are requesting refunds.

Incomplete returns and returns that have been improperly packaged in return shipping will be denied credit and returned at customer’s expense.

All returns must be received by iPosture.com within 30 days from the RMA number issuing date. (Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable).

Refunds are for the price of the product only and do not include the original shipping and handling cost or return shipping.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied for all approved returns.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless item is damaged or defective, in which case iPosture.com will pay for return shipping
We recommend returns made via UPS or FedEx.We do not accept a collect or C.O.D. return.
iPosture.com accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to items in return transit.
The charge on your credit card or bank statement will appear as “iPosture.com”
One or more of the products enclosed may be on our Monthly replenishment Program, which qualifies you for substantial savings. Your invoice will clearly indicate if you have agreed to participate in the Monthly Replenishment Program. Within 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on the program that you ordered, your credit card (or checking account) will be charged and your next order automatically shipped to you.

If you wish to cancel the Monthly Replenishment Program, please contact our Customer Satisfaction Department. Please remember that once we have shipped product to you, we can only cancel future shipment and cannot refund any charges (unless the product is returned per our Return Policy above).
Manufacturer’s Defects: Manufacturer’s defects are considered to be items which due to a faulty process during manufacturing the item does not work. For example, the item may appear DOA (dead on arrival). Customer is responsible for returning item to iPosture.com. Upon its arrival at our warehouse, we will exchange the item and return it to you.
Errors: If we have incorrectly sent an item then we will offer a full refund or exchange at the customer’s discretion when the item is received by us. All sales are final on export orders.
