Stamina Pilates Magic Circle with Workout DVD

Rating:  5 stars

The Magic Circle is very easy to use and I consider it a perfect addition to my Pilates routine.

After about 5 months of use, my Magic Circle is just as tough and durable as it was straight from the packaging. I strongly recommend this as an enhancement to anyone who loves Pilates. It’s really enhanced my workout routine. It has the perfect amount of resistance and it’s moulded plastic, rounded edges make it very comfortable to use.

The grips are conveniently placed on the inner and outer sides of the circle, so essentially you have four grips on the circle. This offers ultimate comfort in changing positions. It also makes it much easier to grip with your legs or from a position where you have to slip the circle on while bending over or in otherwise awkward positions.

The video that comes with it isn’t exactly up to par with what you would expect from a Pilates routine. But then I didn’t purchase it for the video, I purchased it for the Magic Circle alone. The video does offer a few tips on how to make the most effective use of your Magic Circle though, so it’s great for at least a few serious watches. It shows the most effective ways to change positions while using the Magic Circle.

The Magic Circle is well-made and can take some pretty serious punishment. Weighing in at about 2 pounds, it is very light and easy to travel with, so taking it on business trips or even on vacation with you is very doable. It is, however about 14 inches, so you need a bigger carry-on or suitcase to accommodate it.
