Wall Walking

Start by facing the wall and pressing your abdomen against the Swiss ball. Hold the smaller ball with both hands at chest height.

Proceed to raise your arms up until the ball reaches the wall.

Proceed to move the ball sideways across the wall to one side then to the other. Repeat 10-20 times each side.
